When inquiring about a commission, here is a template of some general information that the client needs to provide me with in the message:
✦ The kind of piece they want:
- sketch/full render/portrait/full body✦ References (either photo or description) for:- the character(s)- the pose(s), background or composition (optional references, if left blank I will improvise them)✦ If it’s alright to post the finished piece on my social media✦ Confirmation that they have read and agreed to my Terms of Service✦ Their PayPal username/email

Payment
✦ All payment is done via PayPal upfront before I begin working on the piece✦ The client can ask to change the sketch 2 times, for more changes I’ll charge +5€✦ In the case of sketch commissions there will be no revisions
Refunds
✦ Usually refunds won’t be issued but I am willing to negotiate this. I will never refund more than 50% of the original cost
Additional info
✦ I will not draw any nsfw, complex mecha, or anything I deem harmful. I can refuse any commission for reasons that aren’t listed here✦ Lastly, I ask for your understanding and empathy. Usually a commission will take a week to complete, but sometimes it might take more than that if life gets in my way. In those cases, please just be patient! I will try to complete the piece in the shortest time frame possible
Usage of the finished piece
✦ It is prohibited to use my art commercially, turn it into an NFT or use it for AI training. Even though I am making art for the client, I still keep my commercial rights.✦ I permit clients to use a commissioned piece on social media in any way (eg. profile picture, banner, post…). Although I ask to please give credit in the form of tagging me or providing my linktree in a visible way✦ Sometimes I will post the finished commission on my own social media. I will, of course, state that the piece was a commission and who it was commissioned by. If the client is against any of this, I must be notified
